Bayspace offers everything you need to do your best work. Through a blend of workspaces and amenities set across four floors, the space facilitates modern and traditional ways of working.
The space has been restored with accessibility at its core, with a new lift enabling disabled access to every level.
Breathing new life into a much-loved local building
The Bayspace building has entrepreneurialism at its foundations.
Commissioned by a mining entrepreneur (with access to the town’s first flushing toilet!), it’s hosted several start-ups in its time. During the renovation, we’ve restored it to its former glory, creating a haven for collaboration.
The workspaces consist of private offices, meeting rooms, breakout rooms, quiet phone booths, resident and open-plan hot desks.
We also have social and event spaces including a large balcony.

Based in the heart of St Ives, close to all the local amenities and beaches.
With sustainability at the core of what we do, we encourage our members to reach us by foot, two wheels or public transport.
We are just next to the Malakoff bus stop and a 4 minute walk from St Ives train station, which is 10 minutes to the St Erth Park and Ride. If you’re driving, it’s a short walk from the town car park.
