Bayspace St Ives is seeking proposals for a Food & Beverage Concession to operate within our vibrant, award-winning, heritage-listed building in St Ives. Bayspace offers breathtaking views of the town, harbour, and bay, making it a prime location for a unique food and drink offering.
About Bayspace
Bayspace is a, fully-accessible venue that serves as a hub for coworking, meetings, events, and community activities. We host a diverse audience, including local businesses, tourists, educational groups, and community members. With over half a million day visitors to St Ives each year, our location attracts a wide variety of people.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a food and beverage provider who can offer a balanced selection of healthy, sustainable options, catering to different tastes and budgets. This could include a mix of simple staples as well as more creative, unique offerings. We are open to proposals from both established businesses looking to expand and new businesses with fresh ideas.
What We Offer
Bayspace provides a fully equipped catering kitchen, a café with a dedicated entrance, meeting spaces, and outdoor seating areas with stunning views. Your proposal should include:
- A vision for your menu and retail offerings
- Your business experience and staffing plan
- Pricing and financial expectations
- Details of your marketing approach, especially how it aligns with Bayspace’s mission
- A commitment to sustainable practices
Bayspace will cover core building costs, but your proposal should account for operational costs, including cleaning, insurance, equipment, and waste collection.
